Material Composition:

• Housing: Aluminum alloy (frame sizes: 025–090); cast iron (frame sizes: 110–130).
• Worm: 20Cr steel, treated with carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion (retaining a tooth surface hardness of HRC60 after precision grinding, with a hardened layer thickness >0.5mm).
• Worm Wheel: Available in two material options: a specially formulated wear-resistant nickel bronze or the commonly used 94 copper.

Surface Coating:

• The surface undergoes shot blasting followed by a special anti-corrosion treatment, preserving a silver-white metallic finish while resisting corrosion from organic solvents such as gasoline and xylene.
• Two color options available for the exterior: baked enamel in RAL9002 gray or RAL5010 blue.
